Removed all Scripts for NPC's Overlapping with SD2
(We just went from 5828 creatures in ACID 3.0.6 to 5923 in this release!).
(We just went from 22763 Total Scripts in ACID 3.0.6 to 23376 in this release).

After this update I will be making the Main Server Download with all 78 updates injected because the size of updates is getting to be 20 MB or more. I will of course archive the .sql updates so that they may be downloaded at any time.
