[Release]Lich King Vbulletin 4 Style

I was bored one day and decided to "re-design / re-color" a current Vbulletin style. The style is free to download and there is no watermark on it. So I'm not breaking any copyright laws :P.

It's for Vbulletin 4.0.2 ++. It's a fixed style.
