Okay I've downloaded
1. Wow.(4.0.6)Repack 84.7mb (installed it in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft as you said)
2. WowRepackUpdate(ver2.1) 37.2mb (installed it in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft)
3. WowRepackUpdate(ver2.2) 8.31mb (installed it in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft)
4. patcher 79.5kb (pasted it in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft and patched):


And now I'm double clicking on C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Core\Core.exe (here's how my Task manager looks before I start click on it :

and server:

Here's how my task manager looks when server is running:


After that I Quit server and use C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Core\shutdown\ Quit.exe and now my task manager looks like that:

Now I'm trying to click on either Authserver.exe or Worldserver.exe )located in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Core\server\) and I get this:

But my server loads perfectly as you saw it, and now I should put my ip here or what? (p.s my firewall is disabled and I use Windows 7 32bit):

Did you read the News Feed about Microsoft c++
The side by side config error

If you installed the microsoft c++ compiler you could compile and build your own authserver.exe and worldserver.exe

from projects like mangos foundation — the free, open source World of Warcraft server

But this will fix your problem install the Microsoft C++ from the news feed.. and Very good job on the Picture Guide.. Thank you You showed me you installed it perfect. Just missing the c++ compiler.

This is a 32 bit core.
And you should check your task manager to make sure mysql is not running on your pc.

The core starts mysql and the logon server and world server.
It should also be installed in the correct location

the default location it wants to install.
My virus protection is microsoft security essentials and it does not detect any thing.

how ever I installed norton virus protection to test and it says that the logon server has sonar and removes the logonserver I have no clue what that really means the core we are playing on is SKYFIRE MANGOS TRINITY I have all tree cores and I used code from all three to get this core so the crap worked


GM fly on works fine every thing I have tested works.

Please keep telling me the problems you have, and I will keep fixing them.
We should have a base location and stick with it to install.
this would be easier, but I know some of you have windows systems but your harddrive default location might not be C:/

Mine is C:/
Some of you might have D:/ or E:/ and so on.

Thank you for making this patch.. i would like to know what the patch is doing, i would rather right it in the server core and not the client.

Just incase you can not see updates on the core and you use this repack here is how you can see updates.

goto your internet explorer Internet Options



then go to Browsing history and click settings



and click Every time I visit the website

This will update your core.exe every time you start it.

How do I make a registration page?

I have been working on one for you its part of the update repack 2.3 but the web host that is included in the repack is not supporting the flash registration.
The way im tring to get it to work will be like this.

You have the repack its installed and you are public so friends can play on your server. so they go to your website http://yourwebsite.com
but you have the core and your players do not so you login to mywebsite wiistream and you upload some pictures and some songs and you link some youtube videos or upload movies what ever you post a commit what ever you do on my site you do.

The website you have will have a config file that will pull every thing you do from my website so if you upload a background your website will have a new back ground if you upload a photo your website will have your photo if you upload a profile song your website will have a profile song. and your news feed will be like my news feed. your recent activity's will also scroll across your website
Mine says WiiStream and its reading all my friends who accepted me as a friend. recent activity's but yours will show your information.. it will be a network.

Im also going to allow you guys to advertise free on my website whre you can upload a banner and added the location of your website core.swf that is reading your data. this will allow a perfect loop its optional you can have any website you want but if you want to have wiistream as your wow server site then this will be how you can.

No you do not put your Ips there you put your IP in the realist in the database.

No you load navicat and go to accounts and find realmlist and where the ip is 127.0.0.1 you would change your your IP
To make it public
You should check
Go to start button on windows
Go to run or in the serach box type cmd
Now a black command box is up in this box type the command IPCONFIG
look and see what your IP says if its something like 192.168.1.1 you are on a rougher
and you server will not be public unless you login to your rougher and forward ports and set your computers Ip that = to 192.168.1.1 to = to the RealIP address.

If you want to try to login to your rougher best luck to you. I have a belkin so if you guys have a bilken I can show you step by step.

Hey, I have one other question. I am hooking it up for my friends. I made him his account information(Even with him trying one of the preset GM logins it does the same) and it allows him to log in completely but then it shows a screen like this after hitting "Okay" It says "Logging In To Game Server" For about 2 seconds and shuts off and then nothing happens. But the realm works perfectly on my computer. What am I doing wrong? I have tested this on another friends computer to confirm it isn't my other friends computer.
