Sorry but I'm done for a while getting burned out. And wow really seems to be a dead project. have you tried the other repacks?? can any of them let you login??

Yes i have other repacks i have one that i am using that i can make accounts with and have my friends playing on it. your seems to be the only one i cant do it with. I also dont have any other computers so there would not be any other way i could test that.

this could be a mysql problem not allow out side connections.
Your username for your database is root
your password is ascent.
And your using localhost as a connection

Change that to the wild card %
Also if your using trinity mangos or skyfire authserver.exe and you can login with other repacks.. just use that.. learn whats making the core work..

All you need is a 3 database.
mysql

and authserver worldserver.
then config your configs..

Like i said I have no problem on my end. and if you have 2.4 then 2.5 then 2.6 then 2.7 your exactly the same set up as me. and it works on my end so it shoudl work on your end.

I use microsoft virus protection.

you might have to bind your IP even in the authserver.. I do not know how your computer is set up.

I'm direct connect no router with 3 Ethernet ports out of my PC to one router that makes my hose wireless.

But my main IP come in my Main PC then i set a dummy IP for my router.. But thats the way I do it..

I would set you up and help you if you need it. I have teamviewer to help..
