How to make a alternate city/ custom city??

Hello all i was wondering how would one go about creating a new city in say.......the plauge lands if i only wanted to copy over a city and move the copy.Im thinking about taking iron forge renaming it and putting it in the center of the barrens. any and all help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

I thank that you can use a world building program but I guess since in 3 years no one not EVEN the staff said that then I must be wrong...sorry i can not help\ more braha

That one is easier said then done.

Some cores it can't be done, but on trinity you need to find the game object ID, the go where you want it, and type .gobject create <ID here>
