Open task mananger, look in proccesors for MySQL, or you might got xampp up with mysql on it

the error's - can't open and lock privilege tables

You stole my damn repack from ac-web. You should be ashamed for stealing. at least put some credit for me for all. i gave some credit so some1 for the repack itself.
