When I try to log on a Demon Hunter character it sends me message: Login for this race, class, character is currently disabled

Hey,

So I don't know how to port forward (and I believe that my router can't, anyway) -- therefore, I am trying to use Hamachi so that my boyfriend can get onto my server and play with me. Unfortunately... It's not working out. At all.

Please do note that I don't necessarily have experience in this sort of stuff, so yes, I will need someone to baby me through it (provide screenshots if possible). I would like to avoid TeamViewer, but I am fully willing to add someone's Skype if they want to help me on a realtime basis.

Quick Notes:
Using Hamachi (with network set up), only us both are in the said network
Using HeidiSQL because NaviCAT does not like me

What I have done and tried thus far:
Opened the database in HeidiSQL and gone into Auth->Realmlist->Data tab and editted both the address and localhost address to the Hamachi IP
Opened the bnet and worldserver configs and editted the BindIP, Ra.IP, and SOAP.IP to the Hamachi IP
Boyfriend set his config.wtf as SET Portal = "Hamachi IP"

He could not connect at all, and I couldn't connect either.

Please let me know if there's something I'm missing or if you'd like to see the config files etc.

It requires a password to open the encrypted files. Whats the password?

I get the error: The CAS system was unable to initialize: ClientHandler: initiatilization error: failed fetching the CDN configuration file.

I also get this error please can someone help us ? This error happened in WoD also so I can't play...
I think we have to download full client but any Moderator can help us ?

Is there a new patched exe ?
I tried to use the ones included and i get CAS errors
I have the sever up and running.
But i'm having a bit of trouble with the client
It seems to only want to connect to battlenet with the original exe.
But when i use the ones in the client folder , they fail. any help would be great.
Could you please confirm the client number
