    Character XP Rates

    Good Evening,
    I am currently in the process of learning how Trinity Core's scripting/plugin side works.
    What i am currently confused on is what is the best way to change an accounts xp rate?
    I did find 2 old scripts that did this but they are a tad old and the download links are currently dead.
