1. Why are you tring to make something alone when you are newbie, on that first pic is because you copy,paste Enus dbc files and you use Engb, or you put Engb files and you use Enus, or you miss dbc files patch, example you added 3.0.9 dbc files and you need 3.1.3 etc.
2. You need to change configs files and to type there exactly your user name and pass of mysql and databases i told you that already...
