It seems the maps are required after all, well since 3.1.3 they were not.

Extracting the maps will fix the following:

-PVP bugs where players could not attack other faction.
-Cannot explore maps for new areas and get XP

I added the ad.exe instruction to the post so guys all do the maps or get the ones you already have on your disk.

Extract the maps with Heroes of Northrend\tools\Map extractor\ad.exe
Copy it into "World of Warcraft" execute it and it will create a folder "maps" that you will have to move to Heroes of Northrend\ArEmu\ after it's finished extracting.

All download links removed until further notice, KDB and others stole content without credits to people listed, they made cool stuff and it's just disrespectful to do that hence why i made sure to include everything i added in the list of credits.. unless they are unknown.
