mysql is also giving me hard time,it disconnects all the time

I use Windows 10 x64 bit 16GB Ram and all the visual c++ red. installed till 2005-2019 x86 and x64 bit
I run Xampp on administrator mode and the mysql service is activated but for some reason cant connect to localhost or port

You have first to run Control as administrator also you have to make sure that port 3306 is not used by other application like another repack or any other application
and if you have installed my repack in other drive that is not C:/ or Even at C:/ drive you better follow description below
First You have to run setup_xampp.bat inside xampp folder you will find it repack folder and you will be asked as follow

Do you want to refresh the XAMPP installation?
Soll die XAMPP Installation jetzt aktualisiert werden?

1) Refresh now! (Jetzt aktualisieren!)
x) Exit (Beenden)

then press 1 to relocate Xampp setup.

nice the setup xampp.bat fixed it thank you very much for your advice, and i fixed the 0xc00007b error by adding some more .dll files in there.
cool now at last i am ingame testing
