Web-WoW Help Needed

Since nobody seems to be replying to my post in the Web-WoW forum I figured that I should ask here. I have just recently created a private server using Jeutie's 3.3.5 Blizzlike Repack (runs on Trinity Core) and I wanted to be able to have people register on a website (such as the ones on Web-WoW) and I won't have to mess around on MySQL to get them an account. The issue that I have been having is that their instructional videos are silent and pretty much completely unhelpful. What really got me confused was when the demonstrator opened up his Navicat and he had a bunch of databases under one connection. I have two separate connections: one for the website and one for my private server. If anyone knows of any detailed walkthrough out there, please let me know.

I was dealing with similar issues. If I get any clarity on it I will leave you something if you haven't already got pass this issue. Currently setting up another public atm
