FusionCMS: Icon Name and Name Problem

Hi everyone,


I created an item in the store of FusionCMS, but appear this error:





I tryed again and the result doesn't have "Icon Name". Also, the "Nave" always is "e".





How can I fix this.

I did a new test with another patch (3.3.5) and this is the result... only appear the name...
