Repack installation /setup help for a newbie

I'm trying to set up MMOPro Official WoW Legion Repack (build 7.3.5.26972) (from this thread: https://www.mmopro.org/repacks/23259-[release]-mmopro-official-wow-legion-repack-build-7-3-5-26654-projectcms.html) and having a devil of a time getting this to work. I saw several readme files, but none that had explicit instructions for how to get it to work. Specifically I cannot get the worldserver.exe to stay running, it quits right away. When I look at the server.txt document that updates each time this happens, I see a LONG list of things it said it couldn't find. I've downloaded and extracted all the things linked from the top post. I'm afraid I need some kind of instructions for someone who's never done anything like this before. Can you help?
