[Guide] How To: Make a NPC Drop an Item!

Okay, this Guide is showing how you make a Custom (Already made?) Vendor, mob or NPC, drop a Custom (Already made?) Item. It starts with opening up HeidiSQL.

1) Click 'Connect!' on HeidiSQl.

2) Find the Database Ascent and find "Creatureloot"

3) Under Creatureloot, go to Data and click the black + (Insert Record)

4) There should be 8 Columns listed like so:
Index
Entryid
Itemid
Percentchance
Heroicpercentchance
Mincount
Maxcount
ffa_loot


5) Index: Leave this at 0, it auto increases

6) Entryid: The Entry ID of the NPC/Mob/Vendor you want the Item to drop off.

7) Itemid: The Entry ID of the Item you want to drop off the NPC/Mob/Vendor.

8) Percentchance: The Percentage that the Item has of dropping (Note: If your Server droprate is increased, it may cause Items to drop at a higher chance)

9) Heroicpercentchance: The Percent chance the Item has of dropping on the Heroic setting (Usually set as 0)

10) Mincount: The minimum amount of the specific Items that drop (If set as 2, then 2 Items will drop min)

11) Maxcount: The maxiumum amount of the specific Items that drop (If set as 2, then 2 Items will drop max)

12) ffa_loot: Keep this at 0, unimportant (?)

13) Click 'Save' or 'Post Edit'

14) Restart your Server

15) The Item will now successfully drop off the NPC/Mob/Vendor!!
