Logging to BC or WOTLK Problem

I used Create,Compile,Configure,MaNGOS + UDB + Scriptdev2(3_x_x+) guide and after a few problems got into my server and couldnt create any chars after Pre TBC, and i have WOTLK on my pc and patched up to 3.3.3. Do anyone know what my problem is?
why cnt i go to BC or WOTLK?
Anything i need to change?

Check account expansion in the database (realmd/accounts)
