    These are my supplements for strength:

    • HMB pre-workout (1.5/3g) + Creatine post-workout (3/5g);
    • Ashwagandha twice a day with meals (300mg 5% withanolides) or Ashwagandha once a day with meal + Curcumin once a day with meal (400/500mg bcm-95);
    • D vitamin + K vitamin;

    Besides multivitamis, Omega 3 and vitamn D3 I started taking testoterone, of course under control of my doctor. I found info about testosterone cypionate online recently, with top brads and benefits from testosterone therapy. Our bodies are incredible machines, and with the right care, they can achieve remarkable things so I try to stay focused on training smart, staying healthy, and competing with integrity.
