[PATCH]Chat Logger

This script will log everything that is said in:
/1 /2 /3 /4 /5 /w /g /p and /say

you need to modify only 4 files:
1) src/arcemu-shared/Log.h
2) src/arcemu-world/ChatHandler.cpp
3) src/arcemu-world/Master.cpp
4) src/arcemu-world/World.cpp

Really nice to use to catch hackers/bug exploiters.
