I'm currently in the process of making a NEW and IMPROVED Arcemu Restarter. Please tell me what features you would like to see in it so that I can make it the best restarter ever.

it shouldnt be based on .NET Frameworks, because its sometimes slow and gives error and gets stuck
Add an autoannouncer and a restart every "X" seconds
The restarter should restart the bin files when they are closed

Well, I can't really get away from the .NET framework ATM because I'm writing it in C#. (first language)
I'm currently reading up on Win32 C++, but I'm not good enough with it, yet, to make a restarter.
