Beautiful MindPress Windows button + r or use run command from start menu and copy paste the following command
1-
C:\Beautiful_Mind\xampp\setup_xampp.bat
or go directly to C:\Beautiful_Mind\xampp
and look for "setup_xampp.bat" and double click on it
it will ask you
Should I proceed? (y/x=exit setup): y
press enter
Wait till Xammp configure it's location
Make sure to close all application and uninstall MySQL and Apachi as service before doing so,
then try again starting MySQL.

at setup_xampp ask me to press 1 for refresh
