1. Yes, it's because you do not have Vmaps enabled, you'll have to extract the vmaps and change the .conf files to enable this, PM me and I will help you.

2. Don't understand this question so I cannot help you.

And is this something that came with the server(doubtful, but possible) or did you add something to the server prior receiving this error?
