Nothing works, server does not rise, error, errors and more errors, it does not start, it just does not work, unfortunately

there is a problem with LEGION-MMOPro.exe and 64 version, it does need internet and work only with wireless connection only somehow... anyway to fix it to not to require a net???

So when i downloaded the repack i tried to Open Bnetserver and when i started it said i needed "msvcp140.dll ssleay32.dll vcruntime140.dll and libeay32.dll" So i download them and then i tried to start bnetserver again it just said "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

I hope anyone can help me with this probem'

download stops at 15.6% any ideas what may be hapening? i'm downloading to pCloud account to download later to my PC, internet very slow(Cuba) and through proxy so cant download directly. the issue its related to pCloud or not?
