    Remember that you have to uninstall your last MySQL when using wampserver, and you need to open port 3306 & 80 for wamp to work, but only if you use a router.
    But another solution is to use a free web mySQL hoster instead.

    First of all make sure you opened the ports, and right click "Run as Administrator" first.
