World crashes, it says "Unknown database" and something with "optional.conf". Any idea what's wrong?

hey bro nice repack and it shouldnt matter on pc spec i have a quadcore 2.4ghz and 8gb of ram with a 1gigabit lan card with 50mbps connection lol but it runs like a dream(the repack) only error we need to fix is the optional config prob the EVERYONE seems to have.
btw is this open source?
