TeleMaster has been rewritten by Darkiss, shouldn't crash anymore

Made sure Training Dummy 31144 and 31146 don't stalk you anymore
Possible fix for Wormhole Generator
Fixed some corpses standing up and walking around
Fixed graveyard location of Vault of Archavon
Fixed auras of most Dalaran NPCs (they look more shiny now)
Fixed battlemasters in some cases
Fixed whole SQL part of Darkmoon Faire (Thanks to UDB forums)
and perhaps the most important part... Raid entering is now prepared for 3.3.3 adjustments (the rest is up to SD2 to fix)
and a whole list of spell tweaks...too big to list here, you'll have to check the commits
