    I'm checking out a patch right now for vehicles and will test it for inclusion in this compile... it'll take me a little while to test, probably a few hours.

    EDIT: It's gonna take a little more testing so I'm just gonna release this update until I can get it just right...

    MaNGOS updated to 10536
    Extend SCRIPT_COMMAND_TEMP_SUMMON_CREATURE to set summoned as active object.
    Add optional argument to SummonCreature, summon as active object.
    Fixed second and later resets schedule for raid/heroic after server restart. 
    Revert [10528], simply wrong (scriptId already called properly).
    Aura SPELL_AURA_ALLOW_ONLY_ABILITY not prevent auto-attacks. 
    Spells with SPELL_ATTR_EX6_NO_DMG_PERCENT_MODS must ignore all damage mods.
    Fixed client reject any login attempt after WOW_FAIL_INCORRECT_PASSWORD receive. 
    Water level in movement use fixes.
    Run creature_movement_scripts also at first waypoint.
    ScriptDev2 updated to 1832
    Added less fail version of update queries.         
    Fixed build. Requires MaNGOS 10529+. Patch by Forusim.
    Added missing script text for Ingvar the Plunderer. Patch by Forusim. 
    Removed SimpleAI. Thing was obsolete since the creation of EventAI. Patch by zergtmn.

    The bosses aren't using their spells probably because they aren't scripted, I may be wrong, but then tends to be the case.

    This is a repack project, so not everything works as intended. As Zomg said, the scriptdev db is missing the scripts for this encounter. If you follow the mango's project team's updates, you will see the DB team has been pretty busy filling in a lot of missing scripts, etc. I would suggest either, hanging tight and waiting for this to be implemented, or learn to script the encounter via core and database. Hope that answers the question. Good luck.

    Edit: The reason it works on "another" server is due to the fact, someone coded in the needed items to make the encounter work. A lot of private servers, seem to have their own Dev team(s) working out the kinks. or it is a different emu.

    Like Unleashed mentioned, each repack(or server group) at times has their own Dev team that scripts things that others may not have yet, so what they may have included in their server repack, may differ from what CT includes in his repack. So, as was mentioned best you can do is wait and be patient.

    EDIT: And an "up-to-date" Scriptdev db doesn't mean it includes the script for any particular boss, scriptdev applies to many different things aside from just the bosses.
