[TC2/Emulation] How to decrease CD for Nitro Boots?

Any ideas?:P I used to modify CD-time on Xtreme rocket boots (simple work in Database), but Xtreme Rocket boots doesn't work on newest revisions of TC2 and thats why I have no idea how to mod CD-time on nitro boots (I cannot find them in server's DB).

You try just creating a custom item with that as its special effect for when you right click and setting the cool down to 1 sec? or higher or lower depending on what you want?

Try adding the spell id to the rocket books and make sure the other part is 0 for "on use" effect and make a low cd time
