    When Soul Preserver [ITEM]Soul Preserver[/ITEM].) Procs you get this:


    Equip: [ITEM]Soul Preserver[/ITEM].

    Now when this procs for me ANY instant cast spell I use (IE: Wild Growth) is a FREE MANA CAST!

    If this is on retail, It's suppose to have instant casts.

    Lightbulb Does it prob high

    If you have high spell damage and crit ect does it proc more often, and where does it drop?

    But so if i have it, and it procs its instant cast and costs no mana,
    Thats op as hell =/
