[Tutorial] Setting up WhyDB - With Pictures :D!

Greetings everyone, This guide will guide you through the process of getting the WhyDB database, checking out the SVN, and getting the folder on your desktop so you can setup your database in just a few simple steps!

First, let me explain what WhyDB is. WhyDB is a Database used by Arc Emu and Aspire to fill in-game with all the NPC's that you see on retail wow, just a little bit behind. If you wish to visit their website you can go here: WhyDB 2010

Want anymore info? Refer to StickIckys forum post here! http://mmopro.net/forums/releases/3473-[daily-updated]-whydb.html

So lets begin with the tutorial. First you are going to want to download the following tools:
    TortoiseSVN: tortoisesvn.tigris.org

    Guide:
    1. Once you have downloaded tortoise SVN go to anywere on your computer and create a folder named "WhyDB"

    2. Once you have created that folder right click it and select "SVN Checkout"

    3. Once you have selected SVN Checkout you will see something like this:

    4. In the URL of repository you put this: http://svn.xp-dev.com/svn/whydb-users
4a. In Checkout Directory it should be the folder you selected.

    Should look like this:

    5. Once you have done that, you can select ok. Eventually you should be seeing something like this:

Once its done it looks like this:

    6. Head over to the WhyDB folder and open it up, and select "Tool.bat" and then it is pretty much self explanitory from there.

I hope this tutorial was easy for you, and i hope i can be of assistance to you if you have any more questions
