May i ask, Why care about if the name is already taken?

Since i started to play on private servers i have seen a lot of servers with the same name its just a name imo, but the name is very important too but i don't really think it makes any diffrent if two WoW P-Servers has the same name.
Of course it may be annoying if they have many players but i don't think it would be a problem ^^,
