First i failed to open the game client that i had. Than i downloaded another client form wow mortal.
And i made following changes than i tried it worked.
First i changed realm list as:
set realmlist 127.0.0.1
set patchlist 127.0.0.1
Second for config.wtf you have to change or add(if missing) following lines. change enGB to your version
SET locale "enGB"
SET realmlist "127.0.0.1"
SET patchlist "127.0.0.1"
SET portal "127.0.0.1"
