I vote for Dreanei girls, but Whitemane looks good too and she is human.

If best players play Horde, then Horde is best.

Well I don't know if its just me, but in global I often read this: :) Alliance: need 2 dps for ICC min gs 7.5 PvE Ally / :p Horde: need all ICC min gs 5.5 Horde
