[Release] TRM's Cthulhu Ftagn Dual-Database MaNGOS Repack (3.3.5.12340) - 32 & 64-bit

First I use this macro to extend the graphics past Ultra:

/console groundEffectDensity 256
/console groundEffectDist 200
/console detailDoodadAlpha 100
/console characterAmbient
/console overrideFarclip 1
/console farclip 1600
/console horizonFarclip 6226

I turn off the GUI by pressing alt+z and then zoom into my toon all the way. (Sometimes I will press the home key to make sure my toon is looking straight forward)

Then I bind this macro to a key and press it 8 times (making sure to wait until the Screenshot Captured text is gone):

/run FlipCameraYaw(45) Screenshot()

And then it's Photoshop CS4.
