[Release] TRM's Cthulhu Ftagn Dual-Database MaNGOS Repack (3.3.5.12340) - 32 & 64-bit

I was wondering about your plans on the development of this repack. Will another one start once the new expansion starts? My interest is to have last version of the repack before the expansion hits as its probably going to be a long time before things settle down with the development on the new expansion. Thanks for all the work on this!

@GranpaJohn: Yeah, a pretty big one 3.97 GB... you should download it as I'm currently making an update that will take advantage of it (4.0.0)

I do not have a live account so I am not familiar with the various versions that are available to the client in relation to development on Mangos but I will figure it out eventually.

Also just for info. got through talking with my son and in regards to the new 4.0.0 patch,
he said that it will let you download it but it will not install it until cataclysm comes out.
and he said that that won't be until sometime in November according to Blizzard.

I Fell Asleep Waiting When i Woke It Said Finished
Clicked on WoW and it said it was still on 3.3.5 12340
So It's Still All Good But Even If It Installed Im Sure CF
Would Have A Update Waiting. Who Else Got Done Downloading That 3.97GB Patch ?

for your info it will let you download it it will not install it from what my son who plays on the pay server said it wont install it until blizzard releases cataclysm.

Patch 4.0.1, or 4.0.0, will just be a conversion patch that will be exposing the user base to the some changes that Cataclysm will be bring into the game(I.e talent changes, ability changes, stat changes, Master Riding/Flying, Water changes, UI changes, etc.)..not sure how many of you played Vanilla/Burning Crusade but they did the same prior to each of the previous expansions (Van. > BC, and BC > WoTLK). The patch will probably come out during October, and then be followed by the expansion a few weeks later (going off how they have done it in the past). Will also allow blizzard to squash bugs prior to the game being released and flooded with UI bugs / etc, though they may happen anyways.

I've downloaded it, it probably won't be installed until October, they tend to do this a lot with the big patches, allowing you to download portions of it that is, so you don't have to sit for 24hrs downloading a single patch, you will have downloaded portions of it over a certain amount of time (We're at Part 2/X).

@TRM/CT - CU48-CU55 injected flawlessly, keep up the awesome work man!

Yep, done downloading it and it just says finished... no install, so we're good until it hits Live Servers. At least we'll be ready.

Hey Cthulhu Ftagn, sorry I haven't tested it but am curious to find out as I'm at work. Does update 55 where it says "all forum fixes" include what I said about the Darkmoon Faire music and the Hellfire Peninsula quests?
