I put all the correct settings as in the GUID and account but it still doesnt work!

If you've put all the correct settings in, you log into that character(Presumably a character other than your main character.) and you use the command .ahbotoptions it should list all the options...I believe the one to get all the items up is .ahbotoptions maxitems or something, I don't personally use it so I wouldn't be able to tell you.

How to use ahcommands from the console (CLI) or in game with GM level 3 players:
ahbotoptions - will display usage instructions
ahbotoptions help - will display the list of commands

ahexpire - will expire all the auctions in the requested auction house that were created by AHBot.
minitems - will set the minimum number of items in the AH before it starts being filled again.
maxitems - will set the maximum number of items in the AH.
mintime - will set the minimum time (in hours) for auctions to expire.
maxtime - will set the maximum time (in hours) for auctions to expire.
minprice - will set the minimum price multiplier for auctions.
maxprice - will set the maximum price multiplier for auctions.
bidprice - will set the starting bid as a percent of the buyout price for auctions.
maxstack - will set the maximum number of items in stacks for auctions. 0 will set the maximum to the maximum for that item type.
buyerprice - will set the bid price multiplier for auctions.
biddinginterval - will set the number of minutes between bids on auctions.

The auction house IDs are:
2 - Alliance
6 - Horde
7 - Neutral

As well, make sure that

AuctionHouseBot.EnableSeller

in the mangos.conf file is set to 1

AuctionHouseBot.EnableSeller = 1

and not 0

AuctionHouseBot.EnableSeller = 0

Don't really understand your question and what its actually referencing to...what instance, or area, what mob..etc..Saying pattern drops that are usually green doesn't really help since the green patterns are usually the most common pattern.
