Download the NE MoP Launcher, make sure to extract the zip file in a folder where you want to install MoP.
Run the launcher and let it finish. After the installation, start the launcher if it hasn't appeared yet and start the game. Note: If there's an update avaliable, then you'll have to install the update before you're able to start the game.
