where are the tools ????

I have posted and requested and messaged people and nobody seems to care enough to reply.
WorldSocket::HandleAuthSession: Authentication failed for account: 1 ('1#1') address: 25.21.237.107
How do I fix this error. a simple reply would be ok. Im loosing faith in these Devs. I get that they are busy but there isnt a tools included in the download like stated. I dont know whats going wrong im getting tired of this error.

I have to agree with some of the others who have posted issues. Unless I'm completely missing something, there is no "readme.txt" file anywhere (except in the Apache directory) and there is no folder labeled "tools". While I can appreciate the effort involved there appears to be some missing information. And unless the aforementioned readme contains the instructions, no where in any of these zip files does it contain instructions on how to even go about installing this setup.

Thank you for your efforts but is there some stuff missing or am I just completely off base here?
