For some reason the Arctium is trying to connect to somewhere, try it with no internet and you will see what I am talking about, so will need another launcher?

SL_WoWHellgarve_Mini.rar only wow.exe


*Run Firestorm once to build wtf folder.


*Make folder _retail_ and move folders (Cache, Interface, Log WTF) into _retail_
*move WoW.exe from SL_WoWHellgarve_Mini.rar into _retail_ folder
*change config.wtf for the 127.0.0.1
*Put Arctium WoW Launcher in same folder as _retail_ and data
*Highlight the folders and right click and untick the read only.

how to create GM account?
in the worldserver console enter this 2 commands, each followed by pressing "Enter" or click "Submit"
bnetaccount create @account password
account create @account password
account set gmlevel @account 3 -1
Second line doesn't seem neccessary and the @account in set gmlevel @account 3 -1 is the numbers made with the first line account create @account password.

Buggy and many quests wont work.

I had the same error initially. I followed the instructions on Chtularth post on page 21 of this thread and that fixed it for me.
