The prior code allowed the return value to be set back to true. * Bug fix: OnLogoutRequest can now halt the logout request * Bug fix: OnChat can now block chat messages * Bug fix: OnCastSpell, no longer displays bad error message * Removed a useless check from ScriptMgr HookInterface events * Removed the use of defines in these HookIntereface events, you can actually tell what's going on now.
