Also, about what you said before.... You should be really friendly with people, so they feel comfortable in guild.. That would be huge mistake if people used all kinds of language...

I always wonder if its a good thing for a guild to be too big isnt it better to have a guild with 20 - 50 OP players u can trust. Then u dont have guild politics

Yeah, i wonder same sometimes too... but after time it will turn out the same way... So called active members go inactive... :S So all the best now is to get people... There still will be active ones on high ranks, but inactive ones will be low rank in the end... After time we turn those nonOP players into great warriors ;D

There is just sooo much to explain how to run a guild... :S I even dont know whats right and whats wrong... there are always bad things and good things in the manner you run the guild... But people in same guild sometimes don agree with decisions...
guilds are more complicated than it seems xD

True i think a guild must have diff departments 1 for pvp 1 for pve and some guys helping low lvl guildies to lvl and get geared. There are very good guilds on arthas and mop server on both sides horde and ally.

Its always good to change guilds time over time... so you can compare... Which guild in your opinion is the best and than stay in the best 4 you

Ive been in tons of guilds before.. Ive seen flaws and good thing in them... and tried to combine it all
