Optional SQL files mean Fun server mod or additional features which aren't needed to make it run

you don't need to apply ANY sql file, you just need to start mysql.bat and that's all

Does Apache use "php"-folder or the "apache/bin"-folder? Feels a bit bloated having two php libraries.

Well I ended up with only mysql files.

I swapped Apache for Techlogica - HTTP Server. I then just downloaded the latest php build and added it to the server.

I'd like to request that for your next revision

There's a file called Httpd.conf in server\apache\conf
if you'd just put your path to the htdocs folder in that one... it would've worked

Vehicles are not in Rev7, they caused a lot of problems (crashes and people stuck in walls ) i've reworked the patch and it will be back in Rev8

i will quote it since you don't know how to read previous posts :

i said that instead of giving you SQL files...because the sql files are already applied to the database, the only thing you need to do is start it
