Did you change anything in the configs? if yes: what did you change?

Check if the address field in the realmd.realmlist table is set to 127.0.0.1

Vehicles are not in Rev7, they caused a lot of problems (crashes and people stuck in walls

) i've reworked the patch and it will be back in Rev8

Config Xampp by running xampp_setup.bat and follow the steps
Xampp has an executable called Xampp_control.exe , start it and click start mySQL

realmd-SQL
mangos-SQL
characters-SQL

The FULL SQL files to restore them ...

Nope you don't...start mysql.bat and it works (already applied them for ya)

What "mysql.bat" i dont have it ????

I DONT HAVE ANY mysql.bat exept the one in XAMPP
i know it is not this so what and from where do i need to download ??????????
