why me? xD i dont know much about making a guild... But first i think you must start with inviting players.... There is no guild without players in it ;D

Also, about what you said before.... You should be really friendly with people, so they feel comfortable in guild.. That would be huge mistake if people used all kinds of language...

I always wonder if its a good thing for a guild to be too big isnt it better to have a guild with 20 - 50 OP players u can trust. Then u dont have guild politics
